The Breville InFizz Fusion is a new drinks carbonator that can add fizz to almost any drink – from juice, tea, wine, cocktails and more. I conducted multiple rounds of user research (both on-site at Breville and in consumers’ homes) leading to pivotal design and usability improvements to help perfect the product before its October 2023 pre-Christmas launch.
